Stepping out of the Skiftr bubble for an evening did the same for my head as an entire weekend off. A few hours around other founders at Google's event at The Shack reminded me there's a whole world building cool things right next to you.

The 100 Women in AI Denmark list is out. As part of the jury I only saw a small slice of the nominees, and even so the choices were genuinely difficult. So many women in Denmark are shaping how AI is built and used — and this list reminds us all to celebrate that talent.

The first job is hard to land. That's why it meant so much to present Skiftr at CBS AI Day. Standing in front of students, I realized how much tougher the entry-level job market has become in the age of AI — and how Skiftr can help turn scattered possibilities into manageable pathways.

What happens when the organizations that have represented Danish workers for decades meet Skiftr? With unemployment funds, unions, and outplacement advisors, we quickly move from discussing problems to brainstorming concrete ways Skiftr can help.

Do women turn down higher pay? The same salary level for a job attracts men and makes women hesitate. In our Skiftr tests, many female testers read a significant pay jump as a sign the role is unrealistic for them — while male testers more often see it as something to go for.

I was one of the Novo 5000, and I'm using that experience to fix the job market. I sat among a group of skilled scrum masters who were laid off. So much energy, initiative, and experience, but no platform could show us which new directions we actually fit.

I'm joining the jury for 100 Women in AI Denmark, and I'm really proud to be part of it. At Skiftr, we're building a career platform for the people looking for work, not the companies hiring them — making good tools and guidance easier to find when you're figuring out what's next.
